TO OPEN THE BARRIER AND GATE: Stop in front of the barrier or gate. The number plate reader will recognise your vehicle and the barrier will open automatically without the need to press any button. Park in any free space or in the one assigned to you.
IF THE BARRIER DOES NOT OPEN: call (+34) 886318261 with your number plate number.
TO EXIT: Stop in front of the barrier. The number plate reader will recognise your vehicle and the barrier will open automatically without the need to press any buttons.
TO ENTER ON FOOT: enter your telephone number (WITH international prefix first) on the keypad at the pedestrian access and press the green key.
IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRY AND EXIT: Follow the same procedure as above to enter and exit.
If you have exceeded your stay: go to the cash machine and indicate your registration number to pay the excess by credit card. The excess will be calculated at the car park rate.
