ON ARRIVAL: Enter the parking lot
TO OPEN THE BARRIER: Take your ticket and validate it at the parking control booth/office on the first floor where you will use your reservation. The operator will take your entry ticket and give you a ticket for the contracted days or hours. You should NEVER pay the entry ticket.
TO EXIT: Follow the operator's instructions. IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: Follow the same procedure indicated above for entering and exiting.
IF THERE IS NO STAFF: Use the intercom.
PLEASE NOTE: You can access the parking lot up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time on your reservation, but you will have to pay for any additional time at the control booth or cashier based on local parking rates.
