If the reader does not recognise your vehicle, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the intercom at the pedestrian entrance door and follow the instructions from the staff. If the intercom does not work, call the number provided in your booking.
