IF THE BARRIER DOES NOT OPEN: USE THE RESERVATION QR CODE: if the reader does not recognize your number plate, scan the app QR code. As a last option, use the 24h intercom to have the barrier opened for you.
TO EXIT: Stop in front of the barrier. The number plate reader will recognise your vehicle and the barrier will open automatically without pressing any button.
IF YOUR BOOKING ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRANCE AND EXIT: Follow the same process previously indicated to enter and exit.
If you have exceeded your stay: go to the ATM and scan the QR to pay the extra time by credit/debit card. The excess will be calculated according to the parking fee.
