Instructions

After parking, go to the parking offices with your Parclick voucher and the entrance ticket to validate your reservation. Here, the staff will verify the validity of the booking reference and provide you with the reservation ticket to use when exiting the parking. If the offices are closed or if there is a temporary absence of staff, don't worry: you can return later during the opening hours indicated on the parking information sheet to validate your purchase. If you need to leave the parking lot, use the intercom located at one of the automatic cash machines to contact the Control Room. By providing your booking reference, you will receive assistance on what to do.
