Before your journey
When you arrive at the car park, to enter, entry.method.aena
Pass valid for parking in modules C, D of the P4 car park. After passing the first barrier, go to one of the modules in the preferential zone (C or D), indicated by a blue lane at the entrance. The second barrier will open automatically and issue you with a ticket. If, when you reach the barrier, the number plate reader does not recognise your vehicle and does not issue the ticket automatically, you will have to press the button to take a normal ticket.
After your journey
Go to the control booth (or ATM) to validate the ticket that you got at the entrance. Location of the customer service booth: follow the Parking signs in Terminal 4, the pay booths are in the central part of the walkway which leads to the different areas of the car park. Only in case you have exceeded the time of your booking you will have to cover the difference in price in the car park. Then, drive towards the exit with your vehicle and use this ticket to open the barrier.
The barrier opens automatically. If it does not open, go to the control booth with your ticket or, if you have exceeded your reservation time, you will have to pay the difference in the car park.
