If the barrier does not open automatically, you must take a ticket and call the intercom or go to the control booth with your reservation.
If you arrive at the car park within the valid time of your reservation and there is a "parking full" sign at the gate, your parking space is still guaranteed. The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle and the barrier will open. If the barrier does not open automatically, you must take a ticket and call the intercom or go to the control booth with your reservation.
If you arrive at the car park after or before the validity period of your reservation and there is a "parking full" sign at the gate, you must take a ticket and call the intercom or go to the control booth with your reservation and give your license plate number and Parclick locator.

If your reservation allows multiple entries and exits:
On your way out, proceed to the exit and the barrier will open when the reader detects your license plate.
Upon your return, to enter the car park, go to the entrance barrier of the parking lot, the license plate reader will recognize your vehicle.
UPON EXITING:
When you are going to leave with your vehicle, stop in front of the barrier and the reader will recognize your license plate. The barrier will open without you having to do anything, just like on your arrival. If you have exceeded the valid time of your reservation, the barrier will not open. You will have to go to the control booth or cashier to pay the excess at the regular rate.
