In the purchase process choose the date you are going to arrive. After making the online payment you will receive by email a proof of purchase with the locator code of your reservation. ON ARRIVAL: On the date of your reservation, enter the parking lot with your vehicle, pick up the ticket at the entrance and park in any free parking space. Once you get out of the car, go to the control booth with your voucher and the ticket you have collected. There our staff, during office hours, will check your reservation using your reservation locator and will give you the card that will allow you the multiple entrances and exits you have purchased. ON YOUR EXIT: At the exit you have to use the card provided, in case of excess time you will have to pay the difference at the cash machines according to the regular parking rate. IF THERE IS NO STAFF: Use the intercom and bring the reservation number and license plate number linked to the reservation.
