ON ARRIVAL: On arrival at the car park entrance barrier, press the info button, you will be attended to and the gate/barrier will be opened for you. In case of any incident, call the 24/365 incident phone number indicated on the car park gate.
TO EXIT:During your stay or at your check-out, at the ticket reader on the exit ramp before the barrier, press the info button, you will be attended to and the gate/barrier will be opened for you.
WALKING ACCESS: On the right next to the vehicle access you will find the pedestrian entrance to the car park, which can be accessed either by the stairs or the lift. Both entrances have intercoms with 24h/365 service where you can press the info button to be attended and/or opened.
IN CASE OF EXCEEDING THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION: The car park has a cash dispenser and 24h service to pay for the time exceeded with cash or card.
