Before your journey

IMPORTANT! Arrive at the car park 2 hours BEFORE the departure of your flight !!!! Drive to Monster Parking (Calle Pintor Sorolla, 78A, 03195 L'Altet, Alicante) with your vehicle at the reserved time. 2. Call the phone number on the voucher when you are in front of the parking gate. 3. Park your car and leave the key in the car park. 4. A transfer will take you to the terminal (just at the point where you will meet again on your return). 5. important! the time you book for the entrance to the car park is NOT the same time the shuttle service is in operation. The shuttle service is a free service provided by the car park for ALL customers. Please note when making a booking that the shuttles run between every 5 and 35 minutes, depending on the number of customers. Individual transfers to Alicante Airport are not available.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

If you are returning earlier or later, you must inform us 24 hours in advance before you arrive at the car park or when you return to the airport. We only work with reservations, which means that if there are no outstanding reservations, the car park will be closed. 1. Call the phone number on the voucher as soon as your plane has landed and you have collected your luggage - NO SMS OR WHATSAPP! 2. Go to the 'DEPARTURES' door on the first floor. 3. When you exit outside you should head right across Starbucks cafe until you are almost at the exit barrier where the white van dropped you off on the way out. 4. You should call us; the office will let you know when the next airport transfer will be. This can be anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes, depending also on the volume of customers.

Additional info

If there are more than 4 people, we recommend that you stop first at the airport to drop off the other passengers, so that they only have to transport the driver.

Extra services (not included in the price)

If there are delays outside opening hours, there will be an extra charge of 10€/hour. Reservations will be for 4 people included. If you are more than 4 people, you will have to pay €0.50 extra per passenger. Maximum 6 people per booking. An extra charge of 1€ per passenger not added in the booking before, in high season they also have the right to refuse to pick up people not added in the booking before. Basic exterior car cleaning (small / normal car): 12€. Interior + exterior car cleaning (small / normal car): 30€. Interior + exterior car cleaning for cars over 4,50m (vans or multivans): 45€. *The car park cannot be held responsible for any damage to the exterior of the vehicle that may be aggravated by pressurised water. A supplement will be charged if the cleaning time exceeds 1h 30 min.
