While you are making your purchase choose your date of arrival. After paying online you will receive an email with a receipt of your purchase along with your booking reference.
Upon arrival: Telephone us 30 minutes before you arrive at the Port. We will be waiting for you at the terminal to pick up your vehicle. Before handing your keys over to the driver show him/her the receipt of your Parclick reservation.
Upon return: Telephone us when you have arrived. We will be waiting for you with your vehicle in the same part of the terminal where we left you when you arrived.
- If you travel with Transmediterránea: they will pick up and deliver your vehicle at the Transmediterránea Terminal.
- If you travel with Balearia: they will pick up and deliver your vehicle at the Balearia Terminal.
